Returns
Callowfit Store ensures that all products are inspected before shipment and meet our quality standards.
If something is not right with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unequivocal statement by email to info@dline.nl or by phone at +31650531101. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive from us all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
If, at the request of Callowfit Store, you return products, the consumer bears the return shipping costs and the risk of the return shipment.
