Protein pancakes with fresh fruit and Salty Caramel and Chocolate sauce

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops of protein powder of your choice
- Pinch of baking soda
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- Olive oil
- Salty Caramel sauce
- Chocolate sauce
- Fresh fruit
- Strawberry raspberry jam
Preparation method
Blend all ingredients together. Heat a dash of sunflower oil in a non-stick pan and let it warm. Then heat the pancakes very slowly over low heat.
Place the pancakes on a plate and spread a little strawberry / raspberry jam between each layer. Squeeze the top pancake with some Salty Caramel and Chocolate sauce and garnish with some fresh fruit.
