All goods are available from stock and if ordered before 4 PM the next working day is delivered.
However, it is possible that an article is temporarily out of stock. If an item is not in stock you will normally receive a message within a day. The delivery times indicated on the website of callowfit.store are only indicative and not as binding Callowfit Benelux Webshop makes every effort to respect the indicated delivery time.
If the ordered goods are not delivered within 20 days, the agreement can be considered dissolved.
If a payment has already been made, this payment will immediately be refunded by Callowfit Benelux Webshop.
Delivery takes place via DHL, UPS, DPD at an address or pick-up point provided by the buyer. We do NOT deliver cash on delivery.

Callowfit Store ensures that all products are checked before shipment and meet our quality requirements.
If there is something wrong with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by e-mail at info@callowfit.store or by telephone on 0031650531101 of your decision to cancel the agreement. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to cancel the agreement.
If you return products at the request of Callowfit Store, the consumer spends the return costs and the risk of the return shipment.
Always include your name and address on the return shipment.
