Delivery & shipping (consumer orders)
All goods are available from stock and, if ordered before 14:00, the expected delivery times are listed on the product page.
However, an item may occasionally be temporarily out of stock. If an item is not in stock, you will normally be notified within one day.
The delivery times stated on this website are indicative only and are not binding. Callowfit.store will make every effort to meet the stated delivery time.
If the ordered goods are not delivered within 20 days, the agreement may be considered dissolved.
If payment has already been made, this payment will be refunded by dline bv. immediately.
Delivery is carried out via DHL, UPS or DPD to the address provided by the buyer. We do NOT deliver cash on delivery (COD).
Shipping currency
Shipping costs are displayed in the currency shown on the website and are calculated at checkout based on the delivery country and the order value.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may be charged for reshipment.
Multiple parcels
Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on size, weight or product availability. In such cases, no additional shipping costs will be charged unless stated otherwise.
Damage during transport
Any visible damage to the packaging must be reported to the carrier upon delivery. Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted to us within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
Customs charges
All orders outside the EU are shipped on a ‘Delivery At Place’ (DAP) basis. As the recipient, you are considered the importer and are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes and customs charges upon arrival in your country.
Our shipping costs cover transportation to the destination only.
The goods will be shipped after we have received payment. Shipping costs for consumers per country are as follows:
