Pasta salad with seeds, mozzarella and olive

Ingredients

1x protein-rich penne, 1x high-protein fusilli, ½ red onion, ½ avocado, ½ lime, 2 tomatoes, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp pine nuts, 3 slices of mozzarella, Handful of olives, Callowfit Honey and Mustard sauce, Salt and pepper,

Boil the pastas for 12 to 15 minutes in boiling water with a little salt and olive oil.

Meanwhile, finely chop the red onion, avocado, tomatoes and mozzarella.

Briefly roast the pine nuts and pumpkin seeds in a heated pan. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water.

Mix the pasta with what you just chopped and also mix in the olives and a little lime juice. Now also mix the Callowfit Honey and Mustard sauce through your salad and season it with some salt and pepper.

Finish the salad by adding the roasted pine nuts and pumpkin seeds on top.
