Use this form to withdraw from your contract. No account is needed. After submitting you will receive a confirmation by email.

You can still tell us informally by email or with the model withdrawal form. This form is an additional route, not a replacement.

We will send confirmation of your withdrawal to this address.

For example #CF-1234. You will find it in your order confirmation.

Scope of withdrawal

You do not have to give a reason.

What happens next

A withdrawal takes effect the moment you send it. What happens afterwards, and what it costs, depends on where your parcel is at that point.

Your costs depend on where the parcel is when your withdrawal reaches us.
When you withdraw What happens Your costs
Before dispatch We cancel the order before it leaves the warehouse. None. You receive the full amount back, including delivery costs.
After dispatch, parcel in transit We try to recall the shipment. If that fails, please accept it and send it back to us. If the recall works there is no cost to you. Otherwise you bear the return costs.
After delivery Send the goods back without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of your declaration. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Delivery refused or not collected The parcel returns to us automatically. This counts as a withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refund

  • We refund the purchase price and the outbound delivery costs.
  • If you chose a faster delivery method, we refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery.
  • We refund within 14 days of receiving your declaration, using the same payment method.
  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return shipment.
  • We may deduct for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
