Rice porridge .. when I think of rice porridge, I think of my grandmother or the hospital ???? you know that dish with soft sandwiches and a little rice porridge in a plastic jar ????♀️ ...
But this protein-rich rice pudding is different with a whopping 64g of protein per 100g! I made the rice pudding with oat milk, turmeric and cinnamon:
Take 100 ml oat milk and put it in a bowl / shaker. Pour in the contents of the bag along with the turmeric, mix / shake well.
Heat in the microwave for 1 minute or heat it slowly in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly.
Pour the mixture into a flat dish and let it set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Season it with a little cinnamon.
