Spaghetti Bolognese with vegetables and chicken

  • 1 sachet pasta bolognese
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 170 ml unsweetened soy milk
  • 80 grams of chicken fillet

Preparation method

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and fry with some olive oil. Dice the bell pepper, zucchini and and onion and add to the chicken fillet. Season with spices (pepper, salt, garlic and possibly chili). Bake everything until done.

Put the contents of the bag of bolognese in a bowl and add the soy milk while stirring. Heat this in a separate pan and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the mixture thickens. Take this off the heat and let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir this into the fried chicken and vegetables. Use some Callowfit Tasy Toscana sauce for some extra flavour.
