150 ml coconut milk

This fun recipe from Groingthroughdirt is perfect as a good start to your day, for lunch or as a tasty snack.

You make it like this:
Take 150 grams of frozen red fruit (for example, the pre-packaged bags from Acai Benelux, but you can also use frozen fruit from the supermarket) and mix them in the blender with a sachet of vanilla pudding and 150 ml of coconut milk. Run the blender until you have an even mixture and serve with granola (see our other homemade granol recipes) and fresh fruit.
