Shrimp salad with coriander and lime

  • 1 salad lettuce
  • 400 grams of shrimp
  • 2 avocados
  • 200 grams of colorful tomatoes
  • 2 shallots
  • 1/2 bunch of coriander
  • 2 limes

Preparation method

Boil shrimp, cool and peel.
Wash the romaine lettuce and cut into small pieces, also do this with the avocados and tomatoes. Rasp the limes and cut the shallots into thin slices.
Chop the coriander, mix all ingredients in a large bowl and arrange with the 1000 island dressing.
