Rice with Vega cubes and vegetables

1 portion of high-protein rice, 1/4 zucchini, 1/2 bell pepper, 2 stalks of spring onion, 100 grams of plant pieces ("like chicken" for example from Vivera), 1 tablespoon wok sauce (Go-Tan Oister Garlic), Callowfit Sweet Chili sauce, Pepper, salt, 1 teaspoon minced garlic (Go-Tan), Olive oil,

Bereidingswijze

Cook the rice as indicated on the package.
Wash the vegetables and cut the zucchini and bell pepper into cubes. Chop the spring onion into pieces of about 1 cm. Fry these with some olive oil and a good dash of Sweet Chili sauce.

Heat some oil in another pan and fry the garlic with the plant pieces until they turn golden brown. Add the plant pieces to the fried vegetables. Drain the rice and mix it through the stir fry. Stir well and bake for another minute.
