Portobello burger

  • 2 pieces of portobello
  • Vegetarian hamburger
  • Rucola
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Grated cheese
  • Fancy Garlic sauce

Preparation method

Cut the tomato and onion into pieces. By cutting beautiful slices of the onion you can also use a mandolin. Very sharp, but certainly effective.
Bake the vegetarian burger as described on the package.
Cut off the stalk of the portobello and grill the portobello nicely brown. This keeps you the tasty crunch of the portobello.
Finish it with the delicious Fancy Garlic.
