Palm heart salad with tomato

Ingredients

  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can of palm hearts (425gr)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 leek
  • Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt

Preparation method

Make sure that the palm hearts are well drained and cut them into slices. Then season with sea salt.
Cut the tomatoes and onion. Finely chop the leek.
Dress with a dressing of your choice and garnish with chopped parsley.
