Bereidingswijze

Beat 2 eggs with a dash of cream, pepper, salt and paprika powder. Bake the whole in a large frying pan. Place the omelet on a large plate and let cool.

Bake 4 slices of bacon and let it cool on a piece of kitchen roll and then cut the tomato and onion into thin slices.

Cover the omelet with a handful of arugula, put the cheese, ham, bacon, tomato and onion rings on top and squeeze the Callowfit honey mustard sauce over it. Roll the omelet and wrap it in aluminum foil. Leave in the fridge until you want to eat the omelet (it tastes best when cold)!
