Noodles with vegetarian wok strips & vegetables

Ingredients

1 litter of noodles, 1/2 box of plant pieces, Teaspoon of sesame seeds, 150 grams of fresh spinach, 2 strands of spring onion, Olive oil, Spices (pepper, salt, chili flakes),

Bereidingswijze

Cook the noodles for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the bell pepper and spring onions into small pieces.

Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the washed spinach for about 5 minutes while stirring. Drain the cooking liquid.

Meanwhile, heat the vegetarian pieces in another pan with some olive oil, pepper, salt and chili flakes. Drain the noodles and drain.

Add the wok strips to the fried vegetables, adding the spinach and other vegetables. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
