Noodle soup with Callowfit Peri Peri style sauce

Ingredients

Callowfit Peri Peri Style, Chinese Noodles @dline_health, Handful of baby spinach, 6 shrimp, handful of bean sprouts, Shiitake mushrooms, 1,5 tbsp ajam paniki, 400ml water, 1 egg,

Bereidingswijze

Wash the vegetables first.
Then cook the Chinese noodles as directed on the package. Marinate the shrimp in the Callowfit Peri Peri style sauce and let it stand for 15 minutes.
Then fry them in a little bit of wok oil.
Meanwhile, boil the egg for about 4 minutes after the water has boiled.
Put 400 ml of water in a pan together with the Ajam paniki taste, but in between that you taste real stock, if it is still a bit watery, add a small scoop. When the stock and noodles are ready, combine them.
Do the same with the vegetables, the shiitakes and the bean sprouts.
Finally, add the shrimp and the egg.
