Mini pizza with Tasty Toscana sauce

  • 1 sachet of pizza mix
  • 1 sachet of pizza sauce
  • Callowfit Tasty Toscana sauce
  • 1/2 small tomato
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/4 (pointed) bell pepper
  • Handful of broccoli sprouts
  • Italian spices
  • Pepper
  • salt
  • Slice of lean chicken breast

Preparation method

Preheat a hot air oven to 190 degrees. Prepare the pizza mix and sauce as directed. Add pepper, salt and Italian herbs to the sauce. Cut the vegetables into thin slices.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the pizza crust on top. Divide the sauce over the pizza and top with the vegetables and pieces of chicken fillet. Finally, sprinkle a handful of grated cheese over the whole and bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle some Callowfit Tasty Toscana sauce over the pizza and eat tasty.
