Caesar salad

Ingredients

Callowfit Caesar Style, 2 small heads of romaine lettuce, 1 packet vegetable chicken pieces, 1 container of sliced king oyster mushrooms, 5 radishes cut into thin slices, 200 gr pre-cooked chickpeas, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil,

Bereidingswijze

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Drain the chickpeas and mix them with the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and the olive oil.

 

Spread the chickpeas on the baking sheet and roast them in the oven for 20 minutes. After that, flip them over and put them back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Remove them from the oven and then let them cool.

 

Wash the romaine lettuce clean and then cut it into chunks. Put the lettuce in a salad bowl. Now take a frying pan and heat half a tbsp of oil in it. Fry the slices of king oyster mushrooms in the oil and season with a little nutmeg, salt and pepper. Fry them golden brown and then place them on a small plate to let them cool a little.

 

In the same pan heat the last of the olive oil and fry the vegetable chicken pieces in it and also season with a little salt and pepper.

 

Finally, divide the chickpeas, king oyster mushrooms, chicken pieces and radish slices over the salad and finish with the delicious Caesar style dressing from Callowfit.
