Brown bean burger with avocado

2 cans of kidney beans (about 400 g), 100g of chickpea flour, 2 teaspoons cumin (ground), 4 wholegrain sandwiches, 4 large lettuce leaves (iceberg), 1/2 of red cabbage, 2 fresh tomatoes, 2 avocados, 1 onion,

Bereidingswijze

Knead the chickpea flour with finely chopped onion, kidney beans, cumin and a dash of Callowfit Smoky BBQ sauce into a solid mass.
Cut the red cabbage into thin slices and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, so that it loses its bitterness.
Form four burger patties from the dough and fry for about 7 to 12 minutes on medium heat and turn regularly. Meanwhile, peel the avocados, cut them into pieces and crush them with a fork. Season the avocado with salt and pepper.
Halve the wholemeal rolls, spread with the avocado cream and place red cabbage, burger, lettuce leaf and tomato on top. The burger is perfectly rounded with a blob of smoky-spicy Callowfit Smoky BBQ sauce or another Callowfit sauce of your choice.
