Coconut and cinnamon wraps with vanilla

Bereidingswijze

We are festively inspired by this delicious dessert from Fit.Food.Joy. Really easy to create: Take one protein wrap and cut it into 10 dots. Spread the dots with a minimal amount of coconut oil and place them on a layer of baking paper on an oven plate. Mix 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder with cinnamon as desired (you can also use a different flavor powder for this). Sprinkle this mixture over the dots and place the plate in a preheated oven (180 degrees). Bake for up to 10 minutes and garnish with raspberries or strawberries, for example and with the Salty Caramel sauce from Callowfit.

If you want to make it extra tasty (only recommended in the recovery phase of your diet - slow phase / phase 4) then you can use vanilla pudding as a dip.
